22 April, London

CRIF is excited to host the Pet & Equine Insurance Association (PEIA) Member Forum on the 22nd of April in London, bringing together senior voices from across the UK pet insurance market to explore the growing pressure points around claims, complaints, fraud and regulation.

Hosted by CRIF in collaboration with PEIA, this members-only forum will examine how these issues are increasingly interconnected, what the latest data and casework are telling us, and how organisations across the ecosystem can create a more sustainable industry.

The agenda spans four core themes:

  • The state of the pet insurance market: A data-led view of current trends and emerging pressure points
  • Claims management and collaboration: Lessons learnt from UK personal lines and international markets
  • Complaints and their impacts on policyholders: What complaints data and real cases reveal about customer experience
  • Fraud and regulatory guardrails: How risks and oversight expectations are evolving, and what to focus on now.

As an active participant in the pet insurance industry, CRIF values the opportunity to share cross‑market learnings, contribute practical expertise, and help advance discussions on responsible data sharing and industry collaboration.
