London, 27 February
CRIF will take part in the Insurance Fraud Investigators Group (IFIG) Conference and Networking event in London on 27 February, bringing together industry leaders and experts for a day of insightful discussions and valuable networking opportunities.
Our Senior Customer Partnership Manager, Karl Pearse, will share his expertise in a fireside chat along with Sharon Brown, founder of The Pet and Equine Insurance Sustainability Network on fraud within pet insurance, the services available to the industry, and the importance of sharing data.
The agenda will cover key topics such as the prevalence and types of fraud in pet and equine insurance, its impact on pricing and availability, and the solutions available for detecting and mitigating fraudulent claims. Additionally, discussions will explore whether fraud prevention should be a collaborative industry effort and strategies to increase pet insurance penetration in the UK, including overcoming barriers, improving customer trust and education, and innovative policy solutions.
We look forward to engaging in meaningful conversations that will shape the future of the pet insurance industry.
