Europe’s leading provider of credit information, open-banking and digital solutions, CRIF, has been nominated for two industry-leading awards.
The Open Banking Expo Awards will see more than 300 of the industry’s finest gather to celebrate the innovators, disruptors and visionaries across the globe who have been at the forefront of the open banking, open payments and open finance revolution.
CRIF has been nominated for the Best Open Finance Application award which celebrates organisations that have adopted the principles of open banking to give consumers and businesses more control over a wider range of their financial data, such as savings, insurance, mortgages, investments, pensions, and consumer credit.
For this category, CRIF’s Credit Passport® - the first ever credit score designed for small and medium size businesses (SMEs), powered by open banking data, and giving businesses an up-to-the minute picture of their financial health - has been recognised for driving improvements to the customer experience, unique innovation and ensuring value for customers.
CRIF, alongside fintech business lender Iwoca, has also been nominated for the Best Open Banking Partnership award, which highlights organisations that have partnered to bring open banking product innovations to consumers and SMEs.
The partnership - which enables more UK SMEs to get instant decisions on lending applications, helping to ease the pressure of the cost of living crisis and boost economic recovery - has been recognised as a service that grants customers access to new financial products that some might not have previously been able to.
The Open Banking Expo Awards returns to the Business Design Centre in London on 19 October 2023.
